Fair trade, organic, washed process. We roast this coffee light to highlight the crisp, complex acidity and juicy sweetness. A clean and balanced cup, with notes of apricot, pear and brown sugar. 

This is considered peaberry coffee. Most coffee cherries hold two beans — but once in a while, only one grows. This rare, round bean is called a peaberry, and it packs extra sweetness and vibrancy into every sip. Naturally occurring in just 5–10% of coffee crops, peaberries are prized for their bright flavor, smooth body, and balanced roast.
