We're a husband-and-wife team with a shared passion for people and craft coffee. What began as a casual pursuit of great coffee and good company has grown into a mission rooted in purpose—to connect people, celebrate craft, and share the love of Jesus through everything we do. Our two young children often join in the process, lending their enthusiasm and joyful energy wherever they can. As we grow, we will use HiLo as a platform to give back to our community and the world abroad.

We are passionate about selecting the highest quality green coffee beans and roasting to highlight every origins' unique flavors. From responsibly sourcing our beans to roasting each batch to order, we approach every step with care and purpose.

While our process of curating our coffee is anything but simple, our goal is: to serve others well, create meaningful experiences around exceptional coffee, and honor God in all that we do.
