1. How fresh is your coffee?
Every bag is roasted to order, so your coffee arrives at peak freshness. You’ll taste the difference in every cup.
2. How long does shipping take?
We roast and ship within 1–2 business days. Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days depending on location.
3. What’s the best way to store my coffee?
Keep it in an airtight container away from light, heat, and moisture. No refrigeration needed—room temperature is perfect. Enjoy within 2–3 weeks for the best flavor.
4. Do you offer ground coffee or whole bean only?
We offer both! Choose your preferred grind (whole bean, drip, French press) when placing your order.
5. Where do your beans come from?
Our beans are responsibly sourced from trusted farms and cooperatives worldwide, chosen for quality, sustainability, and unique flavor profiles.
6. Can I subscribe for regular deliveries?
Yes! Our Roaster’s Select Subscription is available for select coffees. It’s an easy way to enjoy fresh, small-batch coffee regularly.
7. Do you sell your coffee in stores?
Yes! Our coffees can be found at Blue Spruce Mercantile on Main, located in Burton, OH. We are working on growing our retail partner list and plan to sell at select local markets and events in the upcoming months. Follow us on social media to see where we’ll be next.

From light and vibrant to dark and bold, we develop each roast to highlight the unique notes of each origin.
